Contest Theme

Two types of project options exist in a contest that you can use. Explained here

Communication Project

In communication projects, you can use wireless technology, communication modules, network connectivity, data transmission, IoT devices, remote control, sensor networks, or other related ideas.

Automation Project

For automation projects, you can make projects on these topics or related ones such as automatic control, sensor technology, actuator design, automation processes, smart systems, smart homes, industrial automation, etc.

Contest Rules and Regulations

You can take part in this contest as a team or individual, and which part of the universe you can share your project. Entries should be open-source hardware projects. If there is any plagiarism, you will be disqualified.
Participants should use KiCad software for circuit design and send design files to PCBWAY.
The intellectual property rights of the participating projects belong to the entrants, and they must make sure their work does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties. Two themes are available for this contest: communication projects and automation projects. Anyone can use any theme and make many projects.
Before design submission, check that it is completed according to PCBWAY requirements, such as PCB design files, Bill of Materials (BOM), manufacturing files, etc.
To participate in the contest Click “Participate Now” on the contest page or create a new project in the PCBWay community. Click the “Submit project to…” button on the page, then select the theme, either “Communication Project” or “Automation Project.”.
Regarding the participation prizes, which are a Raspberry Pi Pico and a PCBWay and Kicad bag, 800 beans will be added to your PCBWay account when each entry is confirmed by PCBWay. Of those 800 beans, 500 may be used to redeem the Pico in-store, and the remaining 300 can be used to redeem the PCBWay and Kicad bags.
