- The backup time of the inverter is higher than UPS. It provides supply based on capacity. So it has longer duration features.
- The switching time of the inverter is 200ms to 500ms. So switching of inverter is low speed than UPS.
- It does not have protection features for abnormal conditions.
- The circuit of the inverter is simple and low-cost.

Is offline UPS and inverter same?
